The DPF-1 electrolytic polishing and corrosion tester is a metallographic sampling instrument that integrates electrolytic polishing and corrosion. Suitable for use in laboratories such as factories, colleges, and research institutions.
The instrument uses electrochemical principles to prepare metallographic samples. The metallographic samples prepared by electrolytic polishing and corrosion avoid the deformation layer caused by mechanical polishing, so their structure is real and without illusions. It is the best method for preparing samples of non-ferrous metals such as titanium, aluminum, copper, and high-temperature alloys. This instrument is designed with high working voltage and high working current, leaving a large width for metallographic preparation of large-sized specimens, especially suitable for the preparation of welded metallographic specimens.
The instrument has the characteristics of continuous, stable and adjustable current and voltage output for electrolytic polishing and corrosion, and real-time display of working voltage, current, polishing (corrosion) time and electrolyte temperature, which can easily reproduce polishing and corrosion processes. The instrument casing is made of fully stainless and acid resistant steel structure, and the storage tank is made of special acid resistant materials to ensure long-term stable use of the instrument.
