The PVC stepping method features two pneumatic clamps before the PVC heating plate and after the forming table. Due to the use of dual clamping steps, it can prevent the PVC sheets that have already been heated in the heating area from being stretched and deformed due to rapid pulling and movement, which may affect the quality of the blister. This machine can achieve high-speed molding while ensuring good blister quality.
The PVC lower heating plate moves intermittently with the up and down movement of the forming table mold. When the PVC clamp moves, the lower heating plate is at the bottom dead center (there is a gap between the upper and lower heating plates), reducing the contact between PVC and the heating plate, and the PVC does not stick to the sheet.
If the shape of the blister is complex and the molding depth is large, exceeding the deformation range of positive pressure blowing molding, an auxiliary punch can be added to the molding table to achieve mechanical and pneumatic dual action molding, ensuring uniform and firm wall thickness of the blister.
