They only have two functions: drying and mixing, and cannot complete reactions, crystallization, filtration, washing, and other operations. Other process operations need to be carried out on other equipment, making material transportation and purity assurance more complicated. To solve the above problems, Changzhou Baide has developed a new type of pharmaceutical and chemical production equipment with a unique spherical structure, which has four functions: reaction crystallization, solid-liquid separation, washing, and drying. The multifunctional spherical filtration washing and drying machine is ingeniously combined with a brand new spherical container, rotor, and filtration device, and adopts an upward inclined stirring rotor structure to form a multifunctional integrated machine. It can solve the problems in pharmaceutical and chemical production and is the latest equipment that meets the requirements of the new GMP.
(1) Feeding: Firstly, the lower and upper hemispheres are closed by rotating the ball opening and closing device. After weighing the material (liquid), it enters the equipment through the vacuum suction port.
(2) Crystallization: Turn on the cylinder rotation, introduce chilled water into the jacket, activate the vacuum system, and if necessary, activate the crushing system. Cooling and crystallization of the material liquid can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
(3) Washing: Introduce washing solution into the suction port, only activate the spindle rotation function, and adjust the washing speed according to the actual situation.
(4) Filtering: After washing is complete, place the filter plate at the bottom, close the vacuum pneumatic valve, and introduce compressed nitrogen gas into the tank. The nitrogen pressure can be automatically maintained, and the residual night is discharged through the bottom residual night discharge port. During the pressure filtration process, opening the ball valve next to the residual liquid port valve can blow back the filter cloth. Vacuum filtration can also be performed.
(5) Crushing and drying: Turn on the spindle rotation, introduce hot water into the jacket, turn on the vacuum system, and the material comes into contact with the inner wall of the cylinder, flipping and conducting heating. The volatile solvent quickly vaporizes under vacuum and is discharged through a vacuum port. If there are lumps in the material, the crushing system can be activated according to the actual situation, and the speed of the crushing blade can be adjusted.
(6) Online cleaning: The cylinder body is equipped with a cleaning port in a quick opening form, with a closed lid and a plug. When cleaning, remove the closed lid with a plug and put in a cleaning ball.
