Product Introduction:

The DW series belt dryer is a commonly used continuous drying equipment, used for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good breathability. It is particularly suitable for dehydrated vegetables, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and other materials with high moisture content and material temperature that cannot be high; This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality. For dehydrated filter cake like paste materials, they can also be dried after granulation or shaping into strips.


working principle:
The materials in the hopper are evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is dragged by the transmission device to move inside the dryer. The drying section consists of several units, each with independent hot air circulation. Some of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated dehumidification fan, and the exhaust volume of each unit is controlled by a regulating valve. In the upper circulation unit, the air from the circulation fan enters the lower chamber of the unit through the side air duct, and the airflow is heated by the heat exchanger and distributed by the distributor. Blows into a jet stream towards the mesh belt, passes through the material, and enters the upper chamber. The drying process is the process of hot air passing through the material layer, completing the transfer of heat and mass. The upper chamber is connected to the inlet of the fan through an air duct, where most of the gas and fluid circulate. A portion of the gas with lower temperature and higher humidity content is discharged as exhaust gas through the dehumidification pipe, regulating valve, and jumping fan. In the lower circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan first enters the upper chamber, is heated by the heat exchanger downwards, passes through the material layer and enters the lower chamber. The lower chamber is connected to the fan inlet by a side air duct and a return air duct, and most of the gas circulates while a portion is discharged. The upper and lower loop units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.
Used for dehydrating vegetables, generally three devices are used in series to form the initial drying stage, middle stage, and final stage. In the initial drying stage, due to the high moisture content and poor air permeability of the material, a small paving thickness, faster operating speed, and higher drying temperature are used. For materials with a temperature not allowed to exceed 60 ℃, the drying gas temperature in the initial drying stage can be as high as 120 ℃ or below, the material residence time in the final drying stage is 3-6 times that of the initial drying stage, and the paving thickness is 2-4 times that of the initial drying stage. For the requirement of material temperature not exceeding 60 ℃, dry gas at around 80 ℃ can be used. Adopting a multi-stage combination to enhance the performance of belt drying and achieve more uniform drying.
