Principle:
The material to be dried is evenly distributed on the mesh belt through an appropriate feeding mechanism. During drying, hot air is forcibly input from above and below the mesh belt and the material, making the surface of each particle to be dried a heating surface. This significantly increases the contact area between the material and the hot air, significantly increasing the thermal conductivity area and shortening the diffusion distance of moisture inside the material. Therefore, it is possible to perform highly effective drying operations, especially for the dried material after adding appropriate pre forming before drying. Therefore, choosing this series of dryers has the advantages of high stability and high energy saving.
