Overview of New Mesh Belt Drying Machine Equipment
The DWD series new mesh belt dryer is a new specialized mesh belt dryer developed and produced by Baide Drying based on years of practical experience and advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, on the basis of the DWT type belt dryer. This machine overcomes and compensates for the shortcomings of DWT series equipment in practical use of some materials, making the structure of the belt dryer more complete and reasonable, with a wider range of applications, stable and convenient operation, and high thermal efficiency.


Structural characteristics of the new mesh belt dryer
(1) The heat exchanger is arranged separately from the mesh belt drying room, and a separate heat exchanger room is set up on the side of the drying room to effectively avoid poor contact between material particles and the heat exchanger, such as powder particles falling and leaking on the heat exchanger, which affects the heat transfer effect.
(2) The hot air circulation method has been changed from longitudinal multi unit series flow to lateral unit circulation, achieving independent circulation of each unit, forced ventilation, effectively increasing the circulating air volume, bringing many advantages such as high penetration of hot air, high heat utilization rate, and good controllability of units, with high stability and high efficiency and energy saving. Working principle of new mesh belt dryer
The material to be dried is evenly distributed on a variable speed running mesh belt through a suitable feeding device. During drying, hot air flows through the gaps between the mesh belt and the material from top to bottom, making each surface of the dried material a heating surface. This significantly increases the heat exchange contact area between the material and the hot air, shortening the evaporation and diffusion distance of moisture inside the material. Therefore, an excellent drying operation can be carried out. The independent lateral circulation of the hot air unit enhances the penetration of hot air, and makes temperature and air volume control more flexible and convenient, thus having a wider adaptability to materials of different types and properties.
In the actual use process, we realized that it is unreasonable to solve the drying of various materials with different properties and requirements in one design way. Therefore, the DWD series equipment emphasizes its specificity on the basis of standardized products. (5) Free adjustment of the moisture content of the finished material, as the flow rate and residence time of the material in the dryer can be freely adjusted, the moisture content of the processed product can be set arbitrarily.

New mesh belt dryer optional configuration
(1) Multiple forms of conveyor belts can be configured, and according to the requirements of material properties, various structures of stainless steel grid mesh, irregular mesh, stainless steel punched steel plate belt and other conveyor belts can be selected. (Note: The equipment comes standard with stainless steel wire mesh)
(2) A dust collector can be configured to collect and process a small amount of dust when drying small particles or powder materials, which can be collected and treated by configuring dust removal devices such as cyclones or bag water films.
(3) A bottom plate cleaning device can be configured to clean and scrape a small amount of material that falls on the bottom plate to the discharge end.
(4) Flexible combination, according to the different moisture content of the material output, multiple devices can be selected to be used in series to improve the output.
(5) Configurable cleaning device, according to the characteristics of material drying, can be configured with various structures of mesh belt cleaning mechanism, effectively cleaning the adhesive materials on the mesh belt.
(6) A conveyor belt cleaning device can be configured, and according to the properties and requirements of the material, the bottom conveyor belt can be placed below the drying and heating room for spray cleaning.
(7) Multiple forms of pre forming equipment can be configured, and some small powder particles, paste like materials need to be pre formed before drying. Our company provides a series of forming equipment.
