The DWT series roof fans include DWT-I axial flow type, DWT-II centrifugal type, DWT-III centrifugal axial type, and DWT-IV motorless type.

The DWT-I type axial flow roof fan has the same blade design principle as the DZ type axial flow fan. Its main features are wide blades with large chord length, spatial distortion, and inclined blade shape, which can achieve the required air volume and pressure at low speeds and reduce fan noise. Suitable for medium and low pressure, high flow situations.

DWT-II and DWT-III are suitable for situations with high pressure requirements and low air volume requirements. Among them, DWT-III can be used in situations where special gases are emitted, such as adding oil collection tanks for kitchen oil fume exhaust. The design features of the III type housing, centrifugal impeller drive, and axial airflow make the oil removal effect obvious.

DWT-IV is a motorless turbine exhaust fan suitable for ventilation and air exchange in residential buildings, commercial buildings, factories, warehouses, and greenhouses (light steel structure roofs).

CLASSIFICATION

The DWT-I model is divided into 17 types, ranging from 3 to 24 according to the machine number, with an air volume range of 1450 to 140000m³/h. The full pressure range is from 62 to 322 Pa.

The DWT-II model is divided into 9 types according to the machine number, ranging from 3 to 10, with an air volume range of 878 to 31436m³/h. The full pressure range is from 167 to 1072Pa.

DWT-III type is divided into 10 types according to machine number, ranging from 2.8 to 8.0, with air volume ranging from 1040 to 40000 meters³/h. The full pressure range is from 100 to 530Pa.

DWT-IV models are divided into 6 types based on machine number, ranging from 12 "to 27", with air volume ranging from 23 to 120m³/H.

Processing technology

The cross of the fan impeller of the fixed angle roof fan is made of steel stamped and hydraulically formed, and the blades are made of aluminum alloy stamped and hydraulically formed. The cross shaped impeller of the variable angle roof fan is made of aluminum die-casting, and the blades are made of aluminum alloy stamped and hydraulically formed. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.

The casing of the steel roof fan is made by integral flanging and spinning, while the casing of the fiberglass roof fan is made of fiberglass formed in one go, and the fan cap is made of fiberglass formed in one go.
