Structural principle:
The DXL type center driven single tube suction machine consists of a fixed working bridge, a center drive device, a center column, a center vertical frame, a mud collection cylinder, a suction pipe, a scraper plate, a floating slag scraper, a floating slag funnel and bracket, a water blocking skirt plate, a water distribution pipe, a water outlet trough and weir plate, a rotating arm tension cable, and a suction pipe tension cable.
The mixed liquid of activated sludge flows into the diversion area through the water distribution hole of the inlet tank, and flows towards the center of the tank through the bottom of the water blocking skirt. The sludge gradually settles at the bottom of the tank, flows into the suction pipe under the action of water pressure, and flows towards the central mud collection cylinder. It flows into the mud collection well outside the secondary sedimentation tank through the mud collection pit and pipeline at the lower part of the mud collection cylinder, and is discharged by adjusting the flow rate through the sleeve valve. The supernatant overflows from the water outlet tank around the pool body. Scum is collected by a scum skimming mechanism, scraped into a scum funnel, and discharged outside the pool through a pipeline.
