Higher bioavailability

Many modern active pharmaceutical ingredients have poor solubility. Therefore, bioavailability may become a challenge in product development. DYNO ®- The MILL PHARMA wet grinding technology provides assistance in this regard: by reducing the particle size during the wet grinding process, the available active ingredient surface is increased in proportion and the bioavailability of the active ingredient is improved. Pharmaceutical compounds with crystal structures are particularly suitable for mechanical wet grinding.

Production of sterile injections/eye drops

Under sterile conditions, select active ingredients are produced using wet grinding technology. Promoting aseptic production has always been a challenge that requires close cooperation between customers and machine manufacturers. At the beginning of the project, WAB will spend some necessary time clarifying all technical requirements and writing a complete specification sheet.

The authentication concept of WAB

All DYNO ®- MILL PHARMA equipment provides the necessary confirmation documents FDS, DQ, IQ, OQ, as well as certificates for machine components involved in the process, such as calibration and material certificates. We can also conduct factory acceptance testing in the factory or on-site acceptance testing at the customer's location as needed.
