The DZ-1000Q pneumatic opening and closing lid vacuum packaging machine is controlled by a microcomputer program. The vacuum chamber, vacuum lid, and main structure are all made of 304 stainless steel material. The machine has a large vacuum chamber space, a wide range of applications, and a maximum sealing length of up to 1000mm. It is particularly suitable for vacuum sealing packaging of large pieces of meat, large bags of food, and drugs.
The vacuum cover adopts a special design, with a beautiful appearance, good sealing effect, and high mechanical strength, completely avoiding the problems of vacuum cover deformation and leakage caused by the large area and heavy weight of traditional models.
When the equipment is in operation, the opening and closing of the vacuum cover adopts pneumatic form, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator. At the same time, the floating hinges of the vacuum cover ensure the stability of opening and closing the cover and extend the service life of the vacuum cover.
