2、 Product Structure
1. Design new type: Using the design method of starting from the sound source, low speed, and high pressure coefficient, a large chord length, spatially twisted, and inclined wide blade has been developed. Under the premise of low-speed driving, it can achieve the required air volume, air pressure, high efficiency, low vibration, and balanced operation.
2. Fan has a wide range of applications: ordinary types are suitable for non flammable, explosive, and non corrosive gas environments. The impeller and air duct of the anti-corrosion fan are made of fiberglass and suitable for environments containing corrosive gases. The motor of the explosion-proof fan is explosion-proof and suitable for environments with flammable and explosive gases.
3. There are various external structures of fans, including wall mounted, post mounted, and pipe mounted. The position type can be divided into rotary type, supporting foot type, and fixed type.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The cross is made of steel stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure, while the blades are made of aluminum alloy stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure. The blades are assembled and formed by riveting with the cross. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy has reached G4.6 level or above.
2. Wind duct: Made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, cut with a shearing machine, rolled with a three core coiling machine, and welded under carbon dioxide gas protection. Spinning machine is used to spin and form, and then two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are spun on the cylinder body using a rib press machine. Ensure that the air duct has sufficient strength, rigidity, and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
3. Protective net: The fan is equipped with a galvanized protective net cover.
4. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
