The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) samples in the atmosphere have the characteristics of complex composition, low content, strong activity, and significant differences in concentration and chemical activity. The system is used in conjunction with a cryogenic pretreatment device, combined with hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) technology and mass spectrometry detector technology (MSD) for online analysis and monitoring of VOCs samples in the atmosphere.
After being dehydrated, enriched, and concentrated by a cryogenic pretreatment device, the sample is rapidly sent to a capillary chromatography column for separation through direct heating high-temperature desorption. The separated sample is detected using a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for low-carbon (C2-C5) VOCs samples; High carbon (C6-C12) and oxygen-containing VOCs samples were detected using a mass spectrometry detector (MSD) to obtain accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis results for each individual component.
The online chromatography-mass spectrometer fully utilizes the separation technology of gas chromatography and the qualitative detection technology of mass spectrometry detectors, and can be effectively used for monitoring complex multi-component VOCs samples in the environment and atmosphere. One sampling can detect over 100 types of VOCs (hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, oxygen-containing volatile organic compounds) samples.
Industrial site standard design, high system reliability; After power failure and startup, the system automatically runs in a loop with low maintenance requirements;
The instrument has a small size and high integration. The whole machine adopts a 19 "standard cabinet design, which is easy to install and maintain;
Automatic analysis and processing of mass spectrometry detection data, direct output of results, and transmission to the analysis platform without the need for manual calculation;
GC-FID and GC-MS dual systems are used for atmospheric VOCs detection, with one sampling capable of detecting over 100 types of VOCs (hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, oxygen-containing volatile organic compounds);
The GC-FID system uses pre separation and valve switching blowback technology to prevent high boiling point components from entering the analysis system and improve the service life of the chromatographic column;
Deeply remove water from the sample to address the impact of water vapor on the performance of the chromatographic column; Cryogenic enrichment can improve sample enrichment efficiency, solve the problem of low enrichment efficiency and large differences in oxygen-containing VOCs at room temperature, and improve detection sensitivity;
