The SHINLIC dehumidification and drying series is designed specifically for drying thermoplastic materials, including hopper dryers, dehumidification dryers, and feeding combinations. The capacity of the hopper dryer ranges from 20L to 18000L, and the standard hopper dryer is suitable for drying non hygroscopic materials; High temperature and optical grade dryers are suitable for drying untreated moisture absorbing thermoplastic materials. The dehumidification dryer can generate dry air with a temperature of ≤ -50 ℃ and an air volume ranging from 30m ³/h to 4000m ³/h. It can be connected to a single hopper dryer or multiple hopper dryers to form a central dehumidification system. Combining the dehumidifier dryer with the hopper dryer and vacuum feeder to form a dehumidifier dryer feeding combination, making it more flexible and convenient to use.
This machine is composed of an optical grade drying bucket and a two-stage dry air feeding honeycomb rotary dehumidifier unit. The whole machine is controlled by PLC+large screen touch screen, and the operation is simple. It is particularly suitable for drying plastics with strong moisture absorption and manufacturing optical grade products; Dry air feeding ensures that the raw materials will not absorb moisture again during transportation; The feeding system is equipped with a cut-off valve to ensure that there is no residual raw material in the pipeline; It can be easily upgraded to a one-to-one format and provide drying materials for both machines at the same time; According to the actual application of the customer, cyclone filters or high-efficiency filters can be installed.
