This product can measure gas and liquid media, and its unique mass flow sensor consists of two thermal resistance sensors. For liquids, due to the constraints of their own conditions, the temperature difference between the heating and reference probes cannot be very high. In order to improve accuracy and perform temperature compensation under these constraints, the sensor is set to provide a fixed ratio between the two probes, replacing the usual constant temperature excitation method. This patented excitation method fundamentally eliminates temperature drift of the sensor while providing precise control of the corresponding low self heating rate. Another advantage of ground temperature difference is its high explosion-proof rating, which means that this instrument can be used in more demanding explosion-proof environments.
