Many plastic processing plants produce smoke, dust, and odors. How can we deal with it to maintain the workshop environment?
According to the specific working conditions of the customer, an optimal plastic waste gas treatment plan is provided. Sometimes, the working conditions on site are too harsh and the concentration of waste gas is too high, requiring pre-treatment such as spray towers, demisters, gas-liquid separators, coolers, and some working conditions require the addition of fire dampers. Therefore, the treatment of plastic waste gas needs to be analyzed on a case by case basis.
The inlet of the exhaust gas purifier is introduced into the activated carbon exhaust gas adsorption tower, where particles and debris are removed from the exhaust gas through a pre-treatment device. The treated exhaust gas is evenly diffused by the airflow and crosses the deodorization plate. When the exhaust gas passes through the carbon layer, harmful gases such as hydrocarbons and odors contained in the exhaust gas are removed by the adsorption effect of activated carbon, greatly reducing the odor of the discharged gas. The treated gas meets the national environmental protection standards, thus creating a fresh environment around it.
Connect the smoke collection pipe directly to the exhaust gas filtration equipment through the induced draft fan, and connect the exhaust gas filtration equipment to the chimney. The filtered flue gas is directly discharged into the sky with the chimney. This filtering method still leaves a large amount of harmful gases such as sulfides, and produces a large amount of carbon dioxide, which increases the surface temperature of the Earth and generates the greenhouse effect.
Combining activated carbon (fiber) adsorption, desorption, condensation recovery and other unit processes to achieve resource recovery of single and mixed solvents.The scope of application is applicable to the treatment of high concentration, multi-component organic waste gases generated in the production processes of industries such as petrochemicals, indicating spraying, printing, adhesive tapes, and solvent storage.The purified exhaust gas meets the relevant pollutant limits of GB16297-1966 "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants". 2) The solvent recovery rate is greater than 80%, and the exhaust gas purification rate is greater than 93%.
