According to the specific working conditions of the customer, an optimal plastic waste gas treatment plan is provided. Sometimes, the working conditions on site are too harsh and the concentration of waste gas is too high, requiring pre-treatment such as spray towers, demisters, gas-liquid separators, coolers, and some working conditions require the addition of fire dampers. Therefore, the treatment of plastic waste gas needs to be analyzed on a case by case basis.

The inlet of the exhaust gas purifier is introduced into the activated carbon exhaust gas adsorption tower, where particles and debris are removed from the exhaust gas through a pre-treatment device. The filtered flue gas is directly discharged into the sky with the chimney. This filtering method still leaves a large amount of harmful gases such as sulfides, and produces a large amount of carbon dioxide, which increases the surface temperature of the Earth and generates the greenhouse effect.
