Method: Purification and crude extraction of volatile oil from Qingqiao were carried out using anhydrous ethanol; The content of β - pinene was determined by gas chromatography. Result: Cyclohexanone was used as the internal standard; The linear relationship of β - pinene reference substance is good within the concentration range of 0.3-4.4mg · mL ^ -1 (r=0.9999); The RSD of precision for the reference substance and sample were 0.95% and 0.99%, respectively (n=5); The average recovery rate was measured to be 98.5%, with an RSD of 1.2% (n=5); The content of β - pinene in the volatile oil of Qingqiao ranges from 10.2% to 10.2%, with an average content of 10.2% and an RSD of 1.0%. Conclusion: This method is fast, accurate, reliable, simple and feasible, and can be used for quality control of Qingqiao volatile oil.
