1、 Definition

Sensors: transmitters that can collect 485 signals, such as temperature transmitters and humidity transmitters.

Equipment: an independent machine, such as an air conditioner, car, CNC machine tool, etc.

Project: generally refers to a factory, company, or similar enterprise with a certain number of equipment.

User: The person in the project who has management, control, or viewing permissions for the cloud platform.

2、 Sensor Management

2.1 Login

There are four types of roles available for logging into an account:

Go to the User Management page - Project Management.

Note: add, delete, modify and check the project, and fill in the coordinates to display the location of the project in the map distribution (map display needs Internet environment support).

Note: The project ID must be unique throughout the entire cloud platform system.

2.3 User Management

Explanation: Personnel management.

Order of creation: New Project ->New User, select the project from the drop-down menu (required).

The personnel ID must be unique throughout the entire cloud platform system (except when using only the local area network).

2.4 Sensor Management

Explanation: Manage sensors on the platform.

When adding sensors to a project, it is necessary to establish relevant projects.

To create a sensor, the following fields are required:

1) Sensor ID (required)

2) Sensor name (required)

3) Project (required)

4) Type (required)

5) Equipment (required)

6) Range (required)

7) Signal type (required)

8) Unit of measurement (required)

9) Brand

10) Model number

11) Serial number

12) Threshold value

13) Allow alarm

14) Remarks

Among them, sensor ID, sensor name, project, type, device, range, signal type, and measurement unit are required, while others are optional.

Attention:

1) The sensor ID must be unique in a project;

2) The device is inputted in Chinese, and the device names filled in by sensors of the same device must be consistent. When displaying different devices on the real-time monitoring page and historical report page, this field is used to distinguish different devices;

3) The value of the type belongs to the dropdown menu, and the sensor icon on the homepage is displayed based on this field;

4) The default allowed alarm is: Yes, the threshold is the alarm range. After exceeding the threshold range, the real-time monitoring page on the homepage will be highlighted in red, and an additional record will be added to the alarm page.
