This level gauge is suitable for measuring and controlling the liquid level and boundary position of high-temperature and high-pressure liquid containers. Clear indication of the liquid level height, intuitive and eye-catching display, complete isolation between the indicator and the storage tank, safe use, reasonable design, simple structure, convenient and reliable installation, stable performance, long service life, low maintenance costs, and easy installation and maintenance.
Users can use remote transmitters according to engineering needs, which can achieve local digital display and output standard remote transmission electrical signals of 4-20mA to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches or proximity switches to monitor liquid level alarms or control inlet and outlet equipment.

1There should be no solid impurities or magnetic impurities entering the cylinder of the liquid level gauge to avoid jamming the float and reducing buoyancy.
2According to the condition of the medium, the main tube can be cleaned regularly to remove any impurities that may have accumulated inside the tube.
3When cleaning or replacing the float with liquid, open the drain flange. When installing the magnetic float, be careful not to invert the heavy end with the magnetic end facing upwards!
4For low-temperature and liquefied gas specific products, the liquid level gauge body is insulated with a vacuum jacket. During installation and use, be careful not to damage the jacket to avoid affecting product quality.
Dichloromethane level gaugeThe basic level gauge, based on the principle of buoyancy, moves the float up and down in the measuring tube with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when it falls, it changes from red to white, thus indicating the liquid level. The output of the upper and lower limit switches utilizes a magnetic float to move with the liquid level, causing the reed switch installed at the set position of the liquid level meter riser to actuate, achieving ON-OFF control or alarm.
Install a transmitter on the magnetic float level gauge for electric remote transmission. The transmitter consists of two parts: a sensor and a converter. It moves up and down through a magnetic float and uses magnetic coupling to sequentially move the measuring components inside the conduit, obtaining resistance signal changes and converting them into standard current signals ranging from 0 to 10mA or 4 to 20mA for output. These signals are then connected to digital display instruments or computers to achieve remote transmission function.
