The TX-XSG-100 series digital circular chart recorder is a replacement product for the TX-XWG-100 and TX-XQG-100 series circular chart recorders.
This product adopts an integrated design, conductive plastic potentiometer feedback, and precision magnetic motor driven recording mechanism; Full LED digital tube indication and garden map recording; Simple structure, strong universality, good sealing performance, and high reliability. When used in conjunction with corresponding sensing elements or transmitters, it can indicate, record, alarm or control various industrial parameters such as temperature, flow rate, pressure, displacement, and electricity.

3、 Working principle of digital circular chart recorder
1. Input module:
In order to adapt to various input signals, the signal is processed by different input modules to become a linear voltage signal that is suitable for the displayed engineering quantity. The signal is transformed into a buffer signal and sent to the digital display unit, recording unit, control unit, set value display unit, and remote transmission output unit.
2. Recording unit
The recording unit includes two parts: feedback comparison and power drive. The feedback comparison circuit compares the module output signal with the feedback signal returned from the balance potentiometer; If two signals are different, the feedback circuit will output a signal corresponding to the difference, amplify it, drive the magnetic motor, push the balance potentiometer, change the output voltage of the balance potentiometer, and reduce the difference signal until the magnetic motor stops, and the circuit reaches dynamic balance. Ensure synchronous linkage between the recording pen and the magnetic motor in the mechanical structure, thereby ensuring that the position of the recording pen accurately reflects the magnitude of the input signal. At the same time, the synchronous motor drives the recording paper to move axially along the time coordinate, completing the drawing of the curve of the engineering quantity changing with time.
3. Display unit
The module output signal and the set signal are converted, decoded, and driven by A/D, and then displayed on the digital tube.
The instrument uses a four digit 0.8 "digital display to visually display the measurement results.
Switch through the button switch and use a four digit 0.5 "digital display to select and display one of the two set values. At the same time, use an indicator light to indicate whether the digital display shows the first or second set state.
4. Control unit
The control unit consists of a setting circuit, a comparison circuit, an anti-interference circuit, a driving circuit, and a sensitive relay.
Compare the buffer signal and set signal corresponding to the input signal received by the comparison circuit. When the two signals are the same, the output of the comparison circuit flips, and after anti-interference processing, the driving circuit is activated to make the sensitive relay act.

4、 Installation and use
Before installation, the main functions of the instrument should be inspected according to the calibration and calibration section of this manual.
Installation environment
Instruments should be avoided from installation or use in the following locations:
1. High temperature (>500C) or high humidity (>80% RH) environment;
2. An environment with corrosive gases;
3. Places close to strong vibration sources;
4. Close to strong electric or magnetic fields, such as electric arc furnaces, power transformers, frequency converters, etc;
5. Too much dust.
Installation angle
The inclination angle of instrument installation should not exceed 15 degrees for front, rear, left, and right.
