Product Introduction:
HovaCAL ® Digital MF is a portable dynamic gas diluter designed specifically for gas analyzer manufacturers, efficient scientific research precision analysis equipment calibration, standard gas dynamic dilution and gas distribution, and continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) calibration. HovaCAL ® Digital MF generates a mixture of air and water vapor at a set concentration, HovaCAL ® The digital MF includes a gas distributor with a mass flow controller for measuring carrier gas, a peristaltic pump for measuring liquid flow, a temperature controller for the evaporator, and a mass flow sensor for controlling liquid flow. The desired gas composition can be obtained by using standard solutions of different concentrations. For example, gas vapor mixtures of specific concentrations such as mercuric chloride HgCl2 (ionic mercury), hydrogen chloride (HCl), ammonia (NH3), hydrogen fluoride (HF), etc.
The dynamic gas calibrator is equipped with the computer control software viewCAL, which is connected to the gas distribution instrument through RS232 to achieve remote control function. The software system on the computer will be displayed in the form of a flowchart. All function controls, data parameter settings, reading, and storage of the valve controller can be remotely controlled. In addition, PC software can also control timed gas concentration input. By using concentration and flow rate related to time for automatic operation, each gas flow rate and concentration will be displayed on the trend chart and a suitable calibration scheme. It also has the function of displaying trend curves for each scheme.
