The use of pneumatic pressurization system and reinforced mechanical structure can generate greater surface pressure on the chrome plated roller surface, greatly improving the quality of the coating.

The integrated design of the air compression system is placed inside the machine, and the unique anti curling structure makes the printed products covered with film very flat, which can immediately proceed to the following processing steps.

This upgraded model is particularly suitable for laminating digital printed products containing silicone oil, such as XEROX's 12, 6060, 8000, and iGen3 digital printed products.

This revolutionary technology makes it possible to film traditional and all digital printed products (including XEROX digital printing machines using silicone oil) with ordinary PP film, greatly reducing the cost of coating digital printed products.
