Introduction to disinfectant filling line:
1. This disinfectant filling line is suitable for the filling, capping, anti shrink, labeling, and coding processes of materials in the daily chemical, oil, paste, sauce, and chemical industries;
2. The disinfectant filling line is a fully automatic intelligent linear piston filling machine (isolated explosion-proof), which adopts microcomputer programming control, servo drive, photoelectric sensing, and electric pneumatic control. Full color touch screen human-machine interface, the entire filling process can be automatically filled by setting the filling amount and number of filling heads through the touch screen on the equipment, and the process is basically one click operation.
3. The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperatures, acid and alkali corrosion, and meets food hygiene standards.

4. The servo motor is used to control the plunger stroke filling metering principle, filling is fast first and then slow, reducing foam and preventing liquid overflow. Anti drip filling head ensures cleanliness and hygiene during the filling process.
5. Linear conveying, easy to adjust, suitable for filling most bottle types (especially irregular bottles).
6. Adopting synchronous four-wheel clamping cover, suitable for various cover types such as duckbill cover, anti-theft cover, parallel cover, etc., with adjustable torque;
7. Adopting an automatic round bottle positioning adhesive labeling machine with online automatic labeling function;
8. Adopting an online anti disassembly rubber cap shrinking machine (optional automatic nesting machine) with online anti disassembly film shrinking function;
9. Using an online inkjet printer (optional laser marking machine) for online coding;

1. Advanced intelligent operating system
Supported by Siemens PLC software, adjusting the quantity only requires setting the target quantity on the touch screen, and the equipment can automatically increase or decrease to reach the target quantity. Taiwan Weilun color touch display, with all operations, monitoring, operation instructions and other functions completed on the touch screen.
2. Stable filling and fluid replenishment function
By adopting the principle of functional separation, no liquid is replenished during the filling process, and no liquid is replenished during the replenishment process, thus overcoming the instability of float filling and simultaneous replenishment.

3. Automatic bottle mouth locking function for small bottles
The disinfectant filling line is equipped with a bayonet device to ensure the alignment between the bottle mouth and the filling nozzle when filling small volumes (plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc.).
4. Wide applicability and easy adjustment
Suitable for filling most bottle types (especially irregular bottles) of low viscosity liquids without particles or gas, overcoming the trouble of replacing the dial when changing the bottle type of the rotary filling machine. For irregular bottle types that cannot be filled by the rotary filling machine, this machine has greater advantages.
5. Sealed and pollution-free filling process
The whole machine is fully enclosed filling, which meets the national hygiene requirements and standards, achieving hygiene and reducing secondary pollution.
