Vertical flow air flotation machine
The body is made of steel structure, and its working principle is that the air sent to the air tank by the air compressor is brought into the dissolved air tank through the jet device, and is forcibly dissolved in water at a pressure of 0.35 Mpa, forming dissolved air water, which is sent to the air flotation tank. In the case of sudden release, air dissolved in water precipitates, forming a large number of microbubbles that come into full contact with suspended solids in the sewage that is being flocculated after being pumped in and treated with chemicals. They are then adsorbed onto the flocculated suspended solids during the slow rise process,
To achieve the goal of removing SS and CODcr.
The structure of the dissolved air flotation sewage treatment machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Air flotation tank:
The circular steel structure is the main body and core of the sewage treatment plant, consisting of a release device, a distributor, sewage pipes, outlet pipes, sludge tanks, scraper systems, etc. The release device is placed in the middle position of the air flotation machine and is a key component for producing microbubbles.
Solution from the gas tank
The air-water is fully mixed with the wastewater here, and suddenly released, generating intense agitation and eddies, forming microbubbles with a diameter of about 20-80um. The flocs adhering to the water rise, and the clear water is completely separated. The homogenizer has a conical structure and is connected to the release device. Its main function is to evenly distribute the separated clean water and sludge in the tank. The water outlet pipes are evenly distributed at the lower part of the tank and connected to the upper part of the tank through an upright main pipe for overflow. The overflow outlet is equipped with a water level adjustment handle for easy adjustment of the water level inside the tank. The sludge pipe is installed at the bottom of the tank to discharge the sediment deposited at the bottom of the tank. The upper part of the tank is equipped with a sludge tank, and there is a scraper on the tank. The scraper rotates continuously to scrape the floating sludge into the sludge tank and flows automatically into the sludge tank.
2. Dissolved gas system: The dissolved gas system mainly consists of a dissolved gas tank, an air compressor, and a high-pressure pump. The dissolved gas tank is a key part of the system, and its function is to achieve sufficient contact with the air,
Accelerate air dissolution. It is a sealed pressure resistant steel tank designed with baffles and separators inside, which can accelerate the diffusion and mass transfer process of air and water, and improve the efficiency of gas dissolution.
3. Pharmaceutical tank: used for dissolving and storing medicinal liquids, two of which are dissolution tanks with stirring devices, and the other two are pharmaceutical storage tanks, with volumes matching the processing capacity.
Two air flotation operations
Preparation before startup: 1. Check whether the valves of the air flotation inlet pump, water purifier distribution valve, pressure gauge valve, air flotation inlet valve, and dosing pump are flexible in opening and closing; 2. Check whether the slag discharge valve of the air flotation tank and the exhaust valve of the dissolved air pipe are in the closed state; 3. Check if all relevant water pumps and medication pumps are powered on and ready to start up; 4. Check if the compressor has been adjusted to a pressure of 0.7MPa; Adjust the pressure regulating valve of the gas storage tank to 0.45MPa. 5. Add 85% clean water to the PAC dissolution tank, start the mixer, add PAC solid, and add 1m3 of clean water at a rate of 10-20kg (the dosage determines the amount of sludge removed). After filling the tank with clean water, stir for 10-20 minutes, completely dissolve it, and then discharge it into the storage tank for later use. When adding PAC, slowly add it to prevent clumping and sinking to the bottom; 6. PAM preparation: Add 90% clean water to the PAM dissolution tank, start the mixer, add PAM (PAM model needs to be determined through small sample testing), and add water while adding PAM. PAM must be slowly sprinkled to prevent clumping due to rapid addition. Add 1.5kg of clean water to 1m3 of the amount to be added (the dosage determines the amount of sludge removed). After filling with PAM and clean water, stir for about 30 minutes, completely dissolve, and then discharge into the PAM storage tank for later use.
B startup 1. For the first startup, it is recommended to fill the air flotation tank with clean water. 2. Open the air compressor to store air, adjust the pressure reducing valve of the air storage tank to 0.45Mpa 3, open the inlet ball valve of the dissolved air tank (keep the inlet pressure at 0.25MPa), open the dissolved air pump to inlet water (keep it below 0.35MPa), and adjust the pressure of the dissolved air tank to 0.30Mpa -0.35Mpa with the outlet valve, and maintain the liquid level gauge to stabilize the liquid level. 4. Start the scraper motor and observe the effect of dissolved air and water. It is best to turn the water quality to milky white (clear water quality). Start the sewage pump and control the inflow. It is advisable to approach the average processing capacity. As the stability of the inflow is crucial for system stability, it is important to minimize the adjustment of the inflow. 5. Start the PAC and PAM dosing pumps and adjust the appropriate dosing amount according to the air flotation inflow and the condition of the fine fibers in the white water (PAC dosage should be controlled at 200ml/h, PAM dosage should be controlled at 150ml/h, if the effect is improved, the dosage should be doubled). 6. Adjust the water outlet according to the thickness of the floating slag to control the water level height. 7. Adjust the dosage of PAC and PAM according to the effluent situation, inspect the operation of each department, and shut down
Shutdown sequence: Sewage pump → Clear water valve → Dosing pump → Gas tank vent valve → Dissolving air pump → Air compressor
D、 maintenance
1. Lubricate the drive chain of the skimmer spoon once per shift using the oil brushing method. 2. Check the scraper rubber on the track once per shift, and if there is wear, adjust or replace it in a timely manner. 3. Check the lubrication of the drive chain of the slewing frame once a week and replenish lubricating oil in a timely manner. 4. Use a grease gun to replenish lubricating grease into the slewing head once a month, with a requirement of ZU-2 aluminum base grease. 5. Use a grease gun to replenish ZG-3H or ZG-2H synthetic calcium base grease to the bearings behind the slewing frame once a month. 6. Check the lubricating oil level of the cycloidal reducer and speed controller of the gearbox once a month, and replenish lubricating oil in a timely manner according to regulations. 7. Check the tension of the chain once a month. If it is found to be too loose, adjust it in a timely manner. After shutdown, the air flotation tank must be flushed clean to ensure the next treatment effect
4、 Precautions
1. It is strictly prohibited to adjust or rotate the handle of the driving and skimming speed control device when it is in a stopped state. 2. The driving and skimming stepless speed control machine requires the use of anti friction engine oil, with the model shown on the transmission label. 3. The dosing pump is strictly prohibited from operating without a medium. 4. PAC and PAM are strictly prohibited from mixing with each other during the dissolution process. 5. PAM storage should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and the bag should be tightly sealed after use to prevent moisture absorption and failure
