Working principle

The material temperature rises to over 60 degrees within 20 seconds, rapidly changing the molecular structure and granulation properties of the material, significantly enhancing the heat transfer, fluidization, and extrusion processes between materials, significantly improving granulation density and balling rate, significantly reducing energy consumption and template costs, and increasing granulation efficiency by more than 50% compared to traditional extrusion granulators.
