Purpose:
This equipment is mainly used to test the performance of products during storage, transportation, and use in rainy weather environments. It is mainly used to test the physical and other related properties of electrical and electronic products, LED lamps, cabinets, electrical components, communication optoelectronics, mobile phones, cars, motorcycles, and their components under simulated rainy weather conditions. After testing, the performance of the product is evaluated to determine whether it meets the requirements, in order to provide design, improvement, evaluation, and factory inspection for the product.
IPX1Vertical drip test, place the sample in its normal working position on a sample table at 1 r/min, with the distance from the top of the sample to the drip port not exceeding 200mm. The drip rate is 1mm/min (+0.5mm/min). Drip duration of 10 minutes;
IPX2:Tilt the drip test at a 15 ° angle, so that one surface of the sample forms a 15 ° angle with the vertical line, and the distance from the top of the sample to the drip outlet is not greater than 200mm. After each surface is tested, switch to another surface for a total of four times. Drip rate 3mm/min (+0.5mm/min). The duration of dripping is 4 × 2.5 minutes (10 minutes in total).
