Working principle:
Powdered materials are quantitatively fed from an oscillating hopper through a transverse spiral feeder, and evenly participate in the rolling main hopper to maintain stable particles inside. Then, the longitudinal conical spiral inside the rolling main hopper pre tightens the powder and transports it to the arc-shaped grooves of two pressure rollers. The surfaces of the two pressure rollers are evenly distributed with semi-circular or diamond shaped grooves of the same shape. Through the meshing transmission of a pair of gears, the two pressure rollers rotate at the same speed and in the opposite direction. The material conveyed by the conical spiral to the groove bites into the groove and is instantly forced to tighten. After tightening, the material gradually decreases with pressure under the action of its elasticity and gravity, falls from the groove, enters the crushing and granulation system, and then passes through the crushing and granulation system according to the user's particle size requirements. Screen and grade to obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements, The sieved powder is returned from the beginning and oscillated in the hopper for cyclic use.
The particle strength can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the pressure roller to control the strength of the product.
