UQK-100 series dry spring floating ball liquid level controller, matched with motor starting control device, is used to control the liquid level of industrial or civil water tanks, water tanks, pits, water towers, and various acid-base storage tanks.
The controller uses different materials and installation methods to be suitable for various liquid media such as water, oil, acid-base solutions, sewage, conductive and non-conductive liquids, as well as media containing suspended solids. It can also overcome the impact of false liquid levels on detection.
The controller has a large electric shock area, inert gas protection, and can disconnect high voltage and high current loads without sparks. Small contact erosion and long working life.

The UQK-100 series floating ball liquid level controller is a dry spring floating ball liquid level controller that is matched with a motor starting control device to control the liquid level of industrial or civilian water tanks, water tanks, pits, water towers, and various acid-base storage tanks. The magnetic float moves up and down along the measuring tube with the measured liquid level, and its magnetism causes the reed switch at the corresponding position inside the tube to switch instantly, outputting corresponding control to keep the liquid level within the specified range. The position contact signal, in conjunction with the alarm circuit, can be used for alarming and controlling dangerous liquid levels (exceeding upper and lower limits). Technical parameter indicators

Working principle

The UQK-100 series liquid level controller can be used in conjunction with our UQKX series liquid level control box to automatically control 1-3 injection pumps or extraction pumps within 20KW. It can also be equipped with its own control circuit to achieve the corresponding control objectives.
There are six types of automatic control schemes, as shown in Figure 2. Users can choose automatically according to their actual situation or propose other control schemes. Please refer to the attached diagram when placing an order.
Installation precautions
When installing the controller, attention should be paid to avoiding bending and shaking to prevent damage to the internal signal points. Especially when it is longer, attention should be paid. If it exceeds 4m for transportation convenience, the user needs to assemble it on site; First, connect the guide rods and use instant adhesive to bond them together. Then, fix the signal core in place. After inspection, it can only be installed if everything is normal
The PTFE plastic coating is designed to prevent corrosion, so be careful during installation. Do not scratch the PTFE to avoid losing its anti-corrosion effect.
