Product Overview
This instrument is a new generation computer temperature controller designed by our company for the new air-cooled dry-type transformer. It uses a single-chip computer produced in the United States as the control core and is designed with the most advanced data storage technology, thus taking the performance of the entire product to a new level. Compared with traditional temperature controllers composed of analog and digital circuits, this instrument uses a high-performance microcomputer controller, which reduces the number of electronic components required by more than half, greatly simplifying the circuit and structural design of this instrument and greatly improving its operational reliability. The temperature controller produced by our company can be set by simply pressing a few buttons on the panel, and the set parameters will never be lost after a power outage. This instrument also has a "black box" function, which can record the temperature of the wire winding of the transformer at the time of power failure. In terms of anti-interference, this instrument adopts a combination of hardware and software anti-interference measures in its design, jointly monitoring the operation of the temperature controller, thus achieving extremely strong anti-interference ability. In terms of use, this instrument also has the characteristics of simple operation, easy installation, and easy maintenance.
This product complies with the JB/T7631-2005 "Electronic Temperature Controllers for Transformers" standard

Introduction to Three Product Functions
1. It has the function of switching between the circulating display of three-phase wire package temperature and the display of the highest phase temperature.
2. The fan can be automatically controlled to turn on and off according to the set temperature for opening and closing the fan, ensuring the safe operation of the dry-type transformer at normal temperatures. When the highest phase temperature in the three-phase wire package exceeds the fan opening temperature, the fan will turn on and the "fan" indicator light on the panel will light up.
3 has an over temperature alarm function. When the highest phase temperature in the three-phase wire package reaches the over temperature alarm temperature, the temperature controller will emit a buzzing alarm, the "over temperature" light on the panel will turn on, and the "alarm" output terminal on the back panel will output a switch signal to the remote control cabinet to control the sound and light alarm.
4 has an automatic tripping function. When the highest phase temperature in the three-phase wire package reaches the over temperature tripping temperature, the temperature controller will sound a buzzer alarm, the "trip" light on the panel will light up, and the "trip" output terminal on the back panel will output a switch signal to cut off the power and protect the dry-type transformer.
When any phase of the 5 sensors has a fault, the "fault" indicator light on the panel will light up, and there will be a buzzing alarm inside the temperature controller. The switch signal will be output through the "fault" output terminal on the back panel (the temperature controller with AC380V three-phase fan output mode has no fault output terminal).
5.1 Displaying H in the temperature display area indicates that the phase is open circuit; Displaying L indicates that the phase is short circuited.
When one or two phases of the sensor fail, only control the fan based on the temperature signal of the good phase sensor. If all three sensors fail simultaneously, immediately turn on the fan.
6. The fan on temperature, fan off temperature, over temperature alarm temperature, over temperature trip temperature, timed fan on time, and local communication number can be directly set through buttons, and data will not be lost during power failure.
7 has the function of manually controlling the fan, which can be manually turned on/off. This function can also be used as a test fan function.
8 has the function of timed opening of the fan, and users can set it for 0-255 hours on the panel (when set to 0, it means this function is cancelled). When the timed time reaches the set time, the fan will automatically run for 2 minutes and then stop.
9 has a "black box" function, which records the three-phase temperature at the time of power outage in memory for future reference. In order to avoid changing the memory data due to power failure after being powered on again, it is stipulated that the original recorded temperature will not be refreshed when the temperature before power failure is below 80 ℃.
10 simulation detection function, which can manually simulate the control function of the temperature controller.

3 Manual switch fan operation:Press the "Manual Fan" button to manually start/Stop the fan. The "manual" light indicates the current status of manually operating the fan.
4 Power off data query operation:Press the "Query" button continuously to display the temperature of the A, B, and C three-phase wire packages in sequence during the last power outage
