Principle of vacuum rake dryer: The dried material is added from the top and middle of the shell, and under the stirring of the constantly rotating rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction, and the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated. It is indirectly heated by steam, uniformly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing rod, so that the moisture inside the material is vaporized. Under the action of the vacuum system, the internal and surface moisture of the dried material is more effectively discharged. The vaporized moisture is discharged from the outlet of the vacuum pump through the dry dust collector, wet dust collector, and condenser.
