Based on the characteristics of the flue gas from the dryer and the air volume for bag dust removal, in order to ensure stable operation of the dust removal system after it is put into operation, the dust removal system is designed for offline spraying and cleaning. To prevent condensation and bag sticking, the temperature for bag dust removal should not be lower than 80 ℃, and the ash hopper and box body should be well insulated and protected against air leakage; To prevent high-temperature burning of the bag during material breakage, an automatically openable cold air valve needs to be installed on the pipeline in front of the bag filter to regulate the temperature of the waste gas entering the bag for dust removal, in order to ensure the normal operation of the bag filter.

The bag filter designed by our company for drying machines operates stably, is easy to maintain, and is widely recognized for its high dust removal efficiency of up to 90% for dust containing gases with particles of 0.1 microns. When selecting a bag filter for drying machine exhaust gas dust removal, there is no need to consider the issue of excessive emission concentration. Not only did it increase production, but it also recycled dry materials and received significant social benefits.

The pulse bag filter of the dryer has successfully solved the problem of dust control. It adopts dust removal bag and tubular spray cleaning technology, which not only has the characteristics of strong dust removal ability, low dust removal and emission concentration of air box pulse dust collector, but also has the advantages of small footprint and large processing air volume per unit area. The dust collector adopts a large number of components, which improves its adaptability, usability and automation level. It can operate with the main equipment for a long time, and the outlet emission concentration of the dust removal equipment is lower than the specified emission concentration. Technical improvement of dryer dust collector:

1. Proper anti-corrosion treatment is necessary, as coal generates a large amount of SO2 gas during combustion, coupled with high extraction temperature and humidity, which accelerates corrosion inside the casing and pipelines in contact with the gas. For this purpose, we have adopted a high-temperature anti-corrosion coating of 200-300 ℃, usually applied in three layers, which effectively solves this problem and extends the service life of the casing.

2. Bag cage: The original bag cage was galvanized, but it corroded completely after 2 years and was later made of stainless steel wire or treated with silicon.

3. Improve the dust cleaning system. The oil-water separation device originally configured at the factory was too small, resulting in poor oil and water separation efficiency. Oil and water are blown back into the filter bag through the pipeline with compressed air, affecting the filtration effect. When the temperature is too high, it is easy to ignite and burn the filter bag. After the modification of the oil and water filtration device, it is possible to regularly drain oil and water, which has led to the recurrence of this phenomenon.

4. Choose an appropriate cleaning pressure, as excessive pressure can cause bag breakage; The pressure is too low to produce pulse cleaning effect. Therefore, the pressure is generally selected between 0.5-0.7Mpa.

5. Based on the specific situation, we choose filter bags. Our company uses anti-corrosion treated Flumes, with a working temperature of 70-185 ℃ and a continuous working temperature of up to 180 ℃, to avoid the occurrence of high-temperature flue gas burning the filter bags The filtering wind speed is between 0.8-1.2m/min. It has a filtration speed about 40% higher than ordinary fiberglass filter bags, reducing equipment investment

6. Regularly clean the filter bags and use manual pushing, pulling, and other methods to make the attachments between the filter bags fall off, in order to increase the ventilation and filtration area and extend the service life; You can also replace the filter bag without stopping the machine, take out the filter bag, clean and dry it before use; Repair the damaged filter bag.
