The differential pressure gauge can be surface mounted or embedded using the standard components of the product. If the A-610 pipeline assembly tool is selected, it can be easily installed on horizontal or vertical 1-1/4 inch to 2-inch pipelines. Although calibration is done in a vertical position, many products with a range greater than 1 inch can be used at any angle with simple zeroing. In order to maintain accuracy, the product should be used in the same position as the calibration position. These characteristics make Magnehelic ® The differential pressure gauge can be fixedly installed and used, and can also be used as a portable instrument. To perform embedded installation, a 4-9/16 inch hole is required. Each device is equipped with complete installation and connection components and instructions.
Ventilation valve(A-310A): When applied to pressure that is continuous, while Magnehelic ® The differential pressure gauge is connected to a metal or plastic pipe that is not easy to move. We recommend that you use the Dwyer A-310A vent valve to connect the differential pressure gauge. You can release the air pressure for checking the instrument or zeroing the instrument.
High voltage and medium voltage models(HP and MP: Installation is similar to a standard differential pressure gauge, but the holes for embedded installation are 4-13/16 inches. The medium pressure is determined by the internal pressure and can reach 35 PSI, while the high pressure can reach 80 PSI. There are various range options available. Due to the large size of the casing, it is not suitable for portable devices. Choosing to install the A-321 safety relief valve on a standard Magnehelic differential pressure gauge can provide sufficient protection against rare overpressure situations.
