The dynamic balance electric control valve is mainly suitable for temperature control of end air conditioning equipment in HVAC systems, and its advantages are more obvious in variable flow systems with large load fluctuations.

Working principle of dynamic balance electric control valve:

In flow systems with significant load fluctuations, when the system pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1-P3) between the two ends of the dynamic balance electric control valve also changes accordingly;
(1) When the inlet pressure P1 increases (P1-P2), the electric valve spool moves upward, reducing the opening between P1 and P2 and lowering the spool pressure P2; When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, the opening between (P1-P2) increases, and the spool pressure P2 increases. Therefore, no matter how the system pressure changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 remains constant through the regulating effect of the electric valve core. Therefore, this electric valve has strong anti-interference ability and dynamic balancing function;
(2) When the electric actuator receives a control signal to rotate the valve shaft R, the opening between P2 and P3 also changes accordingly. Due to the constant pressure difference (P2-P3) between P2 and P3 regardless of how the system pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the water flow rate conveyed at any opening position is constant. Moreover, the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric control valve is consistent with its timely flow characteristic curve, without deviation. Therefore, this type of electric control valve has better regulating characteristics than traditional electric control valves.

Installation instructions for dynamic balance electric control valve:

1. When installing in areas with splashes such as water, protective covers should be added;
2. Please reserve space for wiring, manual operation, and other maintenance tasks;
3. When the ambient temperature is below zero degrees, install a temperature removal heater inside the machine;
4. If the diameter of the cable does not meet the requirements of the diameter of the conduit, it may cause damage to the machine by entering the water surface inside the machine.
