Key raw materials, components, and parts are all imported, and the entire machine undergoes strict assembly and testing. Working principle
The process pressure is transmitted to the center measuring diaphragm of the delta chamber through the isolation diaphragms on both sides or one side, and the filling liquid. The central diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element that produces corresponding deformation displacement in response to the pressure difference acting on it on both sides. Its displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, with a maximum displacement of about 0.1mm. This displacement is converted into a differential signal, which is then converted into a 4-20mADC output signal in a two-wire system by an electronic circuit.

Indicator: pointer type linear indication of 0-100% scale and square root indication of 0-10% scale, as well as 31/2-digit LCD display (0-100% linear)

Range and zero point: externally continuously adjustable, intelligent adjustment can be made through local buttons or via HART communication. Positive and negative transfer: After the zero point undergoes positive or negative transfer, the absolute values of the upper and lower limits of the measuring range and measurement range cannot exceed 100% of the upper limit of the measurement range. The maximum positive transfer is 500% of the minimum calibration range, and the maximum negative transfer is 600% of the minimum calibration range. The maximum positive and negative transfer of the flow transmitter is 10% of the calibrated range.

When filling high-temperature silicone oil into a flange transmitter:+15~+315 ℃
