The plant physiological and ecological monitoring system consists of a data collector, plant stem flow sensor, plant growth sensor, plant chlorophyll fluorescence monitoring unit, plant root monitoring unit, TRIME-PICO intelligent soil moisture sensor, meteorological factor sensor, wireless transmission module, and data download and browsing analysis software. It can be placed in the field for a long time to automatically monitor plant growth status, plant stress physiological ecology, plant water use, and the relationship with soil moisture and meteorological factors.
