EVA plastic grinding machine

EVA powder mill belongs to the disc type plastic powder mill series, which has the characteristics of high output and low energy consumption. EVA grinding machine is widely used for materials with moderate hardness, impact resistance and fragility. It is suitable for powder processing of polyethylene PE (including LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE), polyvinyl chloride PVC (hard PVC, soft PVC), polypropylene PP, polystyrene PS, ABS, nylon, EVA, PET and other materials. It is mainly used for reducing enterprise costs, material modification and improving product quality.

The new grinding disc design has increased the lifespan of the grinding disc by 30%, simplified the installation steps of the grinding disc, and ensured the flatness and imbalance of the grinding disc surface. The grinding disc is made of SKD11 material, and SDK11 is a well-known Japanese tool steel grade in the industry. This steel is an air-cooled hardened hot work die steel widely used internationally. Through electric furnace smelting and electric slag remelting, it has high purity, uniform structure, good high-temperature strength, toughness, and high-temperature fatigue resistance. It can withstand sudden temperature changes and is suitable for long-term work at high temperatures. It has excellent cutting and polishing properties and a quenching temperature of 1020 ℃.
2. Use newly designed specialized bearings that can rotate at high speeds under load. Simultaneously using only one high-speed drive motor ensures good coordination during high-speed rotation, greatly saving mechanical operation time and maintenance control in engineering.
3. Installation does not require any ground fixing measures, and there are no high requirements for ground flatness. Ordinary indoor floors are sufficient.
4. Equipment maintenance is very easy, simply open the host door cover to complete the host cleaning and maintenance.
5. The whole machine has a high degree of automation in operation, without the need for manual screening and regrinding, with automatic feeding, discharging, and sorting.
6. The grinding process can be fully sealed, achieving no dust pollution and preventing secondary pollution during material processing.
7. The fineness can be adjusted arbitrarily within 120 mesh, and the adjustment operation is simple and reliable.
8. The host is equipped with a dual cooling system of wind and water, using ordinary tap water and external air as the cooling medium, which is cost-effective.
