The comparative test of the effectiveness of thirteen disinfectants from five major series on the market conducted by the Beijing Health and Epidemic Prevention Station proves that Cl02 has a good effect, with an average killing rate of 100% within five minutes. At the same time, it can oxidize organic matter and substances such as phenols, Fe2+, Mn2+, CN - in water, without producing trichloromethane (carcinogens), chlorophenols, etc. According to experiments conducted by the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, it has been proven that its bactericidal ability is higher than that of current disinfectants, especially in the disinfection of drinking water, and its toxicity is safe and reliable. The EXD series high-efficiency mixed disinfectant generator consists of an electrolytic cell, a DC power supply, a salt dissolution tank, and supporting pipelines, valves, instruments, etc.

2. The working principle (see basic schematic) is to add a certain concentration or saturated salt solution to the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell, while adding clean water to the cathode chamber of the electrolytic cell. Connect the 12V DC power supply to start electrolysis, which can generate mixed disinfectants such as CIO2, CI2, 03, H202, etc. The gas is sucked into the water through the negative pressure pipeline of the water sprayer for disinfection.

Installation requirements:

1. When selecting equipment, it should be stated whether indirect or direct addition is used. The indirect method only requires connecting DN2 DN3, Direct method DN1, DN2, and DN3 all need to be connected.

2. The equipment is arranged on a concrete foundation with dimensions of (A+200) X (B+200) x100mm. The foundation of the electrical cabinet and generator body can be unified, and the distance between the electrical cabinet and this equipment should be 300mm.

3. When designing the civil engineering of the computer room, consideration should be given to the drainage ditch or floor drain and ventilation outlet. In addition, when selecting, our factory can provide specifications and outlet directions for the suction hood and fan.

4. Our factory provides equipment foundation drawings and takeover drawings for this product.
