EasyChem Junior small chemical analyzer adopts fully automatic microinjection and full band (filter) automatic colorimetric method, which is used for rapid detection of ion concentration in surface water, wastewater, soil, plants, feed, fertilizer and other extraction liquids, such as common nitrogen and phosphorus forms (ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, Kjeldahl nitrogen, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, total phosphorus) in surface water and soil, total phosphorus and total nitrogen in plant samples, as well as nitrogen and phosphorus, alkalinity, chromaticity, cyanide, fluoride, urea, etc. in water quality detection.

Instrument composition and working process

The EasyChem Junior small chemical analyzer consists of a sampling arm, sampling needle, reagent disk, sample disk, and colorimetric dish turntable

Composed of optical components, dilution injectors, peristaltic pumps, and other parts. Users only need to create a worksheet on the supporting computer software, and then place the samples, reagents, standard solution mother liquor in the designated location. The analyzer will automatically work, such as sampling, dilution, mixing, colorimetry, and drawing standard curves. The final test results will be automatically given and can form a complete report and Excel data file.

The worksheet includes the locations and numbers of samples, standard solutions, and reagents, as well as the measurement methods and quality control for each sample. The combination of commonly used methods can be pre-set as a configuration file in the software settings. Before running the worksheet, users need to go through a 'check confirm' procedure to ensure correct measurement conditions. After confirming that the method has been selected, the automatic standard and control samples have been set, and the process has been executed, the status of the reaction reagents and reaction colorimetric dishes will be displayed. The worksheet will only be executed after final confirmation.

The automatic analyzer will first perform a self-test program and display the actual running steps of the program. The analysis results will be displayed on the computer screen after reading and stored for printing. The result file can also be reprocessed.
