Working principle

The machine consists of a feeding hopper, a grading wheel, a grinding blade, a ring gear, a grinding motor, a discharge port, a fan blade, an aggregate box, a vacuum box, and other parts. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and is crushed by high-speed rotating blades. The distance between the grading wheel and the grading disc is adjusted to achieve the required material fineness. Materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber. The dust generated by the aggregate box bag is collected by the vacuum box. The unit is designed according to "GMP" standards, with a simple structure, easy operation and cleaning, low noise, and high output. The machine is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel materials, and there is no dust flying during the crushing process.
