3. The material of the inlet pipeline should correspond to the working pressure requirements of the equipment, and the inlet end should be equipped with a bottom valve. When the equipment is shut down and the water overflows during the initial replenishment, a filter should be installed in front of the inlet of the equipment. Before starting up, the pump body should be filled with water, and the pump body should idle without water to reduce its service life. Choose a water replenishment pump or pressurized water source according to actual working conditions to replenish water for the equipment.

4. The outlet pipeline should be evenly arranged at the bottom of the aeration tank and fixed to prevent shaking from affecting the aeration effect. The pipeline should be tightly connected and not leak water.

The external air source is connected to the air inlet on the side panel of the equipment through a gas pipeline. Install an adjustable flow meter on the intake nozzle for easy control of the intake flow rate. When mixing harmful gases such as ozone, the application site should be kept well ventilated.

5. Connect the 380 volt three-phase electricity according to the wiring diagram. After wiring, observe the yellow fault indicator light of the device. If the yellow indicator light is on, it indicates that the wire sequence is incorrect. Adjust the wire sequence until the color change indicator light no longer lights up. (Some models do not have fault indicator lights, observe the direction of water pump operation)
