Its feeding pipe is designed below the liquid level to prevent gas from entering during feeding;
The feeding sleeve moves downwards and is equipped with a receiving tray. The fed slurry falls evenly and smoothly, effectively preventing the phenomenon of flipping caused by residual pressure on the ore;
Add an internal overflow weir to allow materials to flow according to regulations, prevent 'short circuit' phenomenon, and significantly increase the sedimentation zone;
The overflow weir of Xinhai high-efficiency concentrator has been changed to a serrated shape to improve the local suction phenomenon caused by the uneven overflow weir;

Changing the traditional concentrator from horizontal feeding to inclined feeding fundamentally eliminates the problem of feeding blockage;
Equipped with a slow flow device to slow down the upward speed of material water flow, making the overflow water more uniform and with lower turbidity.
Working principle | Process diagram for high-efficiency transformation of concentrator | The high-efficiency transformation thickener mainly consists of two parts: a circular thickener and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the thickener settle under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, which separates the solid and liquid.
