The high-efficiency transformation concentrator equipment independently developed by Xinhai includes an additional degassing tank, which can eliminate solid particles from adhering to bubbles and settle like a 'parachute';

Its feeding pipe is designed below the liquid level to prevent gas from entering during feeding;

The feeding sleeve moves downwards and is equipped with a receiving tray. The fed slurry falls evenly and smoothly, effectively preventing the phenomenon of flipping caused by residual pressure on the ore;

Add an internal overflow weir to allow materials to flow according to regulations, prevent 'short circuit' phenomenon, and significantly increase the sedimentation zone;

Working principle Process diagram for high-efficiency transformation of concentrator The high-efficiency transformation thickener mainly consists of two parts: a circular thickener and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the thickener settle under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, which separates the solid and liquid. The mineral mud deposited at the bottom of the thickener is continuously scraped by the rake scraper to the center of the bottom and discharged from the ore outlet, while the clarified water overflows from the upper edge of the thickener.
