4、 2 water curtain wash spray paint cabinets
Specifications and dimensions: L2000*W2500*H2650mm。 The water tank, wall panels, and water curtain panels are made of stainless steel plates bent and used for washing paint.
The scroll plate uses the Wenqiu principle to wash the paint, and the paint removal effect is good. The centrifugal fan uses a frequency converter to adjust the air volume. This fan is a direct motor and fan blade type, with a compact structure and fan blades that can be opened with the motor. The main advantage of this design is that it is easy to clean paint, powder, and other debris on the impeller.

5、 Spray and oil supply parts: suitable for oily paints
1. Spray coating: The viscosity of the coating is less than 25S (Iwata No.2 measuring cup), and the coating is suitable for oil pipe transportation. Manually adjust the atomization, spray amplitude, and oil volume of the spray gun.
Oil supply part: Lacquer diaphragm pump. Rock supply paint pressure reducing valve, paint treasure pneumatic mixer, etc.
