The valve seat and sealing surface of the butterfly valve are lined with fluoroplastic, which has the advantages of zero leakage, long service life, and super strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Electric fluorine lined butterfly valves are selected with different lining valve bodies according to different working conditions, and are divided into fully lined fluorine butterfly valves and semi lined fluorine butterfly valves. The control methods include switch cut-off type and intelligent adjustment type. Electric fluorine lined butterfly valves have tight sealing performance, and not only have the mechanical strength of ordinary butterfly valves, but also can exert the chemical properties of PTFE's corrosion resistance and acid alkali resistance. Under normal working conditions, they have higher cost-effectiveness than butterfly valves with stainless steel valve bodies.

Electric fluorine lined butterfly valve is a type of butterfly valve that is lined with a thick layer of fluoroplastic polymer material on the overcurrent components (disc plate, valve body inner wall) that come into contact with the medium. It is also known as electric plastic lined butterfly valve and is suitable for the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines, especially in situations where the medium has severe corrosiveness, scouring, and grinding, such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine gas, strong alkali, aqua regia, and other highly corrosive media. However, it is not suitable for process media with particles and high temperatures.
