Introduction to electric fluorine lined ball valve:
The electric fluorine lined ball valve (corrosion-resistant electric ball valve) adopts the perfluoroplastic lining process and is composed of a fluorine lined ball valve and an electric actuator. It has extremely high chemical stability and is suitable for any highly corrosive chemical medium. Due to the high-pressure injection molding process used in the inner cavity and ball body of Q941F46 electric ball valve, lined with corrosion-resistant and aging resistant polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. It is used for switching or adjusting in various highly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc.

Instructions for using electric fluorine lined ball valve:
(1) The temperature of the medium used should not exceed 150 ℃ (the medium temperature can reach 150 ℃ for a short period of time, and should be around 120 ℃ for a long period of use), otherwise, the F46 lining of each component of the valve is prone to softening and deformation, resulting in the valve not closing and large leakage.
(2) If the temperature of the medium used by the user is below 180 ℃ for a short period of time and below 150 ℃ for a long period of time, another type of fluoroplastic, PFA, can be selected. However, the price of PFA lined fluoroplastic is relatively expensive, and inquiries should be made in advance when matching.
(3) Do not have negative pressure. Electric fluorine lined ball valves should avoid using pipelines with negative pressure. If there is negative pressure, it can easily cause the fluorine lined plastic layer inside the valve cavity to be sucked out (bulged out), peel off, and cause valve opening and closing failures.
(4) The pressure and pressure difference should be controlled within the allowable range.
