Electric high-pressure gate valves are integral through casting (forging) valves, consisting of high-pressure gate valves and electric actuators. The middle part is connected by a valve cover, and the valve body material is chromium molybdenum vanadium steel. The sealing ring material is low carbon steel or flexible graphite 316 wire (mesh), which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. Electric high-pressure gate valves are suitable for medium conditions with working pressure between 10MPa~25MPa and temperature ≤ 550 ℃. They are widely used in pipelines for water, steam, oil products, and superheated steam.

Structural characteristics of electric high-pressure gate valve:
1. The valve adopts pressure self tightening sealing or valve body and valve cover gasket sealing structure, which is safe and reliable to use.
2. The valve disc adopts a double gate plate with a universal top structure in the middle, which can automatically adjust the degree of fit between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat, ensuring the sealing of the valve This structure is easy to maintain, cost-effective, and has good valve disc interchangeability.
3. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of cobalt chromium tungsten hard alloy by plasma spray welding. The sealing surface has high hardness, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
4. The valve stem is made of nitriding steel, with surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
5. The electric device is equipped with a torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanism.
