Personally experiencing the project, when conducting low-voltage live work, if the operator cuts two live wires with electrician pliers at the same time, the circuit will short circuit, generating huge sparks and causing great harm to personnel and equipment; When the operator cuts a wire at a time, if the line carries a high-power load, cutting the line with a high-power load will also generate wire cutting sparks, endangering the safety of the operator. This device enables students to understand the hazards of incorrect operation, master the correct method of live wire cutting, and comprehend the importance of wearing insulation tools during electrical work by experiencing the phenomena caused by different ways of live wire cutting.
(2)Equipment composition: power supply and control power supply, power protection module, data acquisition module, analog voltage display module, body sensing table, wire cutting leakage protection module, computer, test display module, LCD TV, etc.
(3)Project Function
Functional requirements: By demonstrating and comparing the experience of cutting one wire at a time (cutting the live wire first) with incorrect operations such as cutting two wires at the same time or cutting high-power load lines, demonstrate the dangerous phenomena caused by incorrect wire cutting; Capable of demonstrating the electric spark phenomenon generated by wire cutting under load and outputting voltage within a safe range; Capable of adjusting the size of short-circuit sparks during wire cutting to meet the needs of different users; When the leakage current generated by the wire cutting to the ground reaches the protection value, it can reliably protect, disconnect the output power supply and lock it. The data acquisition module has the function of synchronously sampling electrical data and can transmit the data in real time to the computer for display, making it easy to observe, experience, and operate.
