There is generally a certain conductivity in tap water. By directly inserting the electrode into tap water and connecting it to an AC power source, due to the conductivity of water, current will pass through the water between the electrodes, and all the electrical energy transmitted to the water will be converted into heat energy, causing the water to heat up and produce steam.
SDJThe electrode humidifier adopts a more stable mesh electrode sheet, and the current size is related to the power supply voltage, the area of the electrode immersed in water, and the conductivity. The amount of steam generated by the humidifier is affected by the power or current strength, and the current control can be adjusted by changing the area of the electrode immersed in water. Maintaining the conductivity of water within a certain range can achieve good system continuous control.
The steam pressure generated by the electrode humidifier is low, and the steam does not contain minerals, bacteria, or white powder.

8SDJInstallation of Type Electrode Humidifier
When choosing the location for installing a steam humidifier, it is important to pay attention to the following points:

●When connecting the steam distribution pipe to the steam humidifier, the shortest length of steam outlet hose and condensate return hose should be used as much as possible.

9、 Cleaning and maintenance of steam drum
When the humidification amount of the electrode humidifier does not reach the predetermined humidification amount, if other components are working normally, it means that the steam cylinder needs to be cleaned. Here are the cleaning steps and precautions:
●Remove the shell, remove the connectors, and take off the upper half of the steam cylinder.
●Remove all scale and sludge from the steam cylinder.
●Tap the heating electrode to remove the scale on the electrode, allowing a small portion to remain.
●Check the upper water level detector of the steam cylinder and flush to remove any impurities attached to it.
●Rinse the filter in the steam cylinder.
be careful:
Do not use acidic or chemical detergents during cleaning.
★If the humidity is insufficient due to insufficient conductivity of water, a small amount of salt can be added to the cylinder.
