FS700E Explosion proof Dust Concentration Detector:
The FS700E series dust analyzer adopts a new principle of AC electrostatic induction measurement. When charged particles (dust) come into contact with or pass near the measuring rod of the FS700E sensor, an induced electromotive force is generated on the measuring rod. This electromotive force is directly proportional to the dust concentration, and after measurement amplification, the DC interference signal is eliminated through intelligent digital algorithms. Only the AC part of the signal is used to calculate the dust content, and the corresponding output is a 4-20mA signal or alarm switch signal. The measurement is not affected by vibration, water vapor, or probe adhesion.
After a large number of experimental comparisons and data analysis, the conclusion proves that the principle of AC electrostatic induction is the most sensitive, accurate, stable, and effective dust online monitoring technology; By using simple switch and knob devices to adjust the measurement range and alarm point settings according to the on-site situation, media visualization and process automation can be achieved.
