The elevated zero maze is an improved high priced cross maze. It combines traditional and innovative behavioral assessment methods for anxiety analysis. This design includes an elevated circular platform, with two opposing areas enclosed by walls and the other two opposing areas open. This eliminates the question of how to explain the center point of the elevated cross maze. And it can be continuously explored.
