The buried wire welding integrated machine is a fully automatic antenna implantation and welding equipment independently developed by our company, consisting of industrial robots, intelligent controller systems, antenna implantation systems, and welding systems. By using the energy generated by ultrasound and antenna implantation system, the enameled wire is implanted into the substrate and wound into a set coil. Then, the module and antenna are firmly welded together through a welding system to complete the core layer production of the non-contact smart card. The position, size, shape, and number of turns of the coil can be quickly set by the computer, and more than 100000 buried wire point files can be stored.
