2、 Overview
The Qianshun brand series water tanks are made of high-quality boards, which are made into single plates of different specifications (1m × 1m, 1m × 0.5m, 0.5m × 0.5m), and then assembled. The parameters of this product are designed based on the "Code for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage" (GBJ15-88), and the various hygiene indicators of this series of products have been tested to meet the "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water" GB5749-85. This series of water tanks has the advantages of flexible on-site assembly, low deformation, strong seismic resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life.

Mainly suitable for regulating building water supply, fire water tanks, storage water tanks, expansion and condensation water tanks for heating systems, temporary water tanks for building construction, road construction, geological exploration, and national defense projects. The water tank can store both cold and hot water, and is resistant to acid, alkali, seepage, leakage, deformation, and corrosion.
4、 Selection instructions
1. When placing an order, the size of the water tank, the location of the connecting pipe, and the diameter of the pipe should be provided.
2. It is advisable to use a water storage temperature of 4-65 ℃. If the water storage temperature is higher than this value, it can be raised during ordering and resolved separately.
3. The load of the water tank on the ground should be determined by the structural designer.
4. When the water tank connection position provided by the user happens to be at the board joint, our company needs to adjust it, and the pipe diameter remains unchanged (without further notice to the user).
5、 Installation and acceptance
1During installation, a maintenance passage of no less than 700 millimeters should be left between the box and the wall, and the top and bottom of the box should be no less than 500 meters.
2During civil construction, the support piers should be prepared first, and the connection joints between the unit plates at the bottom of the water tank should be located on the support piers.
3After assembly, close the outlet and drain pipes, open the water pipe, and check the water level while adding water until it is filled with water. If there is no water leakage for 24 hours, it is considered qualified.
